Some Family Pictures

Picture of an innocent chat from the heart with mother.
Your Father in Heaven longs for this kind of chit-chat between you and Him.
Los Angeles Central Railway Station:

Every railroad station must have a tunnel to access all the
platforms above ground, just as each airport must have long, long,
hallways to access all the airplane berths.
I am always fascinated by railroad platforms, where the trains
lie quietly like giant laviathans, and people under the lamp lights
began to kiss goodbye, give longing parting glares.
This is the conductor of our railcar, called a "sleeper". He is like
the captain or steward to serve all of us, open up our bunk beds and
set up the mattresses. A very humorous fellow.
Jeremiah at Fullerton Station after we came back:
I believe this is either the Los Angeles River or the San Gabriel
River. The latter starts from the San Gabriel Mountains, whose top
peak, Old Baldy, is 10070 feet high, or so. It is famous because
physicist Michelson put a mirror there to reflect the light from
another mirror on top of Mt. Wilson, 20 miles away. This way he
measured the speed of light. A glorious moment in the history of
physics in USA.
Inside the Train:
We have a room, 7 ft. long, 45 inches wide, with two chairs facing
each other. I am sitting on one, taking this picture, at night of
the other. The dark window on the right shows another train. The
ceiling above the window is 45 degrees steep. It is not part of the
roof. It is the second bed if you pull it down. The first bed is
formed by sliding both chairs towards each other. The little table
in between must be flipped to the wall first.

This is the Lounge Car, with TV, and chairs facing the big windows.
There are no luggage racks on top of you, so the windows go up to
the middle of the ceiling, so you can see night stars or
thunderstorms with lightning, The dining car is next to it.
Some desert scenery:

Albuquerque Court House.
At a food court in Coronado Mall.
From our hotel balcony, looking at sunset and storm clouds. We taught
Jeremiah to watch lightnings for the first time in his life.

Beautiful sunsets.

These next 4 photos are from our trip driving back from Durango, Co.,
just 20 miles from Abqq.

Next day we travelled north 60 miles and here is
